Exposure became three states
Affected, not affected, and version unknown are now distinct — and never two at once. “Unknown” previously rendered as not affected, which was the worst possible default.
- Unknown now carries the reason the source didn't say
- Briefs from before this date were not backfilled
Critical items need two sources
Anything ranked Critical is now held until a second independent source corroborates it. In the first month this delayed four items by an average of eleven minutes and dropped one entirely.
Paste a file
The zero-access way in. Paste a dependency file and we read it inside the request — not stored in a database, a log, or analytics. It is the most private option and it is not the worst one.
Briefs that wouldn't end
For nine days, accounts holding four categories could receive more than the daily cap, and the end card never appeared. If your brief felt like a feed that week, that was us.
The fix line
Every actionable card now ends with the single sentence that says what to do, in what order. It is the most-read line in the product and the one we rewrite most often.
Team — one stack, separate briefs
A shared stack profile with roles, all eight categories, and one invoice. The price is fixed; the date is not, and we would rather leave it blank than miss it.
